The app that organises your group’s meetups.
A meetup, a class, a slot, a match: post it once, and see who comes. Your members answer in one tap, in the app or from a simple link, with no account to create. And the rest follows: the members, the conversations, and your club’s public page.
Create my club — it is free- Reminders sent automatically
- Every change announced to all
- All notifications handled
Three steps, and it runs.
Your members come the way they like — the app, or a plain link. Nothing is forced on anyone.
You create the club
Its name, its activity, its town. Three fields, and it exists.
You set a meetup
A date, a place, a capacity if you want one. The link is shared wherever you already talk.
The answers come in
Everyone says whether they are coming. The count stays current, and the waiting list sorts itself out.
Simpler than a group chat.
Everyone already organises there. But a message thread does not count, does not remind, and does not warn when the time changes.
Your club exists on both sides.
Your members reach it through the app, or through a plain link. Both paths lead to the same place.
What Staptime does for you.
The things that take your time every week.
Setting meetups
- Once, and it comes back — every Tuesday, every other Sunday — the recurrence is set as you create the first one.
- Or a single one — a date, a place, done.
- A capacity if you want one — beyond it the waiting list takes over — and a freed spot is offered on its own.
Following your club
- Nothing to decide — the screen tells you whether your meetups have enough people. When all is well, it leaves you alone.
- What has happened — your past meetups, and the ones you were at.
- Roles — an administrator to second you, and several leaders per meetup — Sunday's is not Tuesday's.
- Open, or on request — anyone joins freely, or you approve each arrival.
Staying informed, without lifting a finger
- Reminders, without thinking about it — everyone is told before the meetup.
- One change, and everyone knows — the time, the place, a cancellation.
- The state of each meetup — someone signs up, withdraws, a spot opens.
- The club's conversations — and those of one meetup in particular.
- Everything arrives in the app — you choose what also goes out by email. Your inbox stays yours.
Being found
- A page on the internet — your club has an address. It is shared, bookmarked, and search engines find it.
- Near them — in the app, people search around themselves — and filter by activity.
- Or not at all — a private club stays invisible. You are the one who chooses.
Frequently asked questions.
What people ask us before creating a club.
Do my members have to install anything?
No. A link is enough to answer, from any phone or computer. Staptime also opens in the browser, and the iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.
Do I need an account to answer?
No. You open the link, you answer, that is all.
Who gets the reminders and the changes?
Those who signed up are told automatically. You have nothing to send.
Can I run several clubs?
Yes. Each club has its members, its meetups and its conversations, and you switch between them in one tap.
Can my club stay private?
Yes. A private club appears nowhere, and you can approve each new arrival.
Can we share our availability?
Yes, among friends and close circles: everyone says when they are free, and you see the moments that suit all. It is independent of clubs.
Where is my data?
Your messages, your photos and your profile are hosted in Ireland, in the European Union — whatever your country. Two outside services are exceptions, notifications and city search: the Privacy page details them.
What it looks like.
